Example Standard Rates:
January & February: $1,700-$2,000
March: $1,300
April: $1,550
May: $1,100
June: $900
July: $1,400
August: $1,100
Sept & Oct: $800
November: $1,100-$1,400
December: $1,200 -$1,500
(except for Christmas & NY: $2,200)
Taxes: All rates will have an additional 13% Lodging Tax and 4% payment processing fee, which you will see as part of the total rate when you input your dates. The payment processing fee can be avoided with a wire transfer.
Occupancy: Casa Niri sleeps up to 12 adults with extra room for children in floor mattresses or pack n plays.
Cancellation Policy
50% due upon booking (non-refundable once paid)
50% due 5 months before start of reservation (non-refundable once paid)
**If you cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we can move you to another date if we rebook the house for your original dates. If we do not rebook the house, then you will lose any deposit or final payment you have made.
